Dan W. Has been working as a service technician with Hot Water Guys for the past 8 years. With the experience from working with Hot Water Guys, Dan has insight and knowledge about water heaters that most people never learn. Dan is an expert service technician and a strong senior member of our team who customers love! Dan is the dad to a beautiful little girl and his pups Maeves, Abel, and Darla.
Sam S. Has been with Hot Water Guys for 5 years working as a service technician. Sam has received extensive training from the manufacturers as well as gaining experience from hands on on the job training provided by Hot Water Guys and he has quickly become a service department customer favorite. Sam is the dad to two children, a new grandpa to two little ones and the dog dad to “CiCi” and his newest adopted boxer, Bailey.
Brian W. Started with Hot Water Guys 5 years ago and has become a favorite by his customers. With training provided by Hot Water Guys and the manufacturers, Brian has become an out of the box thinker and is a tremendous help to our customers. Brian is the dog dad to the goodest of the good girls, Justice.
Carrie G. Is the service department supervisor and has been leading the charge for over 10 years. Through years of hard work, Carrie has created a well oiled machine and is a much loved member of the Hot Water Guys family. Carrie hails from Ohio and is a proud Alumni of Ohio State University! She is the mom to humans, cats and dogs alike and the office mama to many.
Lauren B. Is the assistant to the regional manager of the service department and has been with Hot Water Guys for 2 years. On top of service department tasks, Lauren is also the brains and wit behind Hot Water Guys social media and blog posts! Lauren is newly married and the dog mom to Leila Belle and Ryder.
Holly M. Is the newest addition of the Hot Water Gals service department and has quickly become a customer favorite with her excellent customer service skills. Holly comes from the great state of Kentucky and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. She has a teenage son and the smallest dog on the face of the earth, Gizmo.
